• "Product" means CarbonPlus and any other goods we offer for sale on the Website.
• "You" / "User" means any person who accesses the Website or places an order.
• "Order" means a request submitted by you to purchase a Product.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract to purchase from the Website. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. Products & Information

We make reasonable efforts to describe our Products accurately. CarbonPlus is a soil conditioner and is not a fertilizer; it does not contain added plant nutrients and is not covered under the Fertilizer Control Order (FCO). It is intended for agricultural use as a soil conditioner only.

Product images, colours and packaging shown on the Website are for representation; the actual product may vary slightly. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any Product without prior notice.

5. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice; the price applicable to your order is the one displayed at the time of order confirmation.
• Payment may be accepted via online payment gateways and/or Cash on Delivery (COD), where available.
• In case of any pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

6. Orders & Acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may, at our discretion, refuse or cancel an order for reasons including stock unavailability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity. Where payment has been made for a cancelled order, the amount will be refunded.

7. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the timelines indicated at checkout or as communicated to you. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including courier delays and location accessibility. Risk in the Products passes to you on delivery.

8. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect Product, please contact us within a reasonable period of delivery with supporting details so we can arrange a replacement or refund. Returns of opened or used agricultural inputs may not be accepted for safety and quality reasons. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

9. Product Use

You are responsible for using the Product in accordance with the directions printed on the pack and any guidance we provide (dose, method, stage and repeat interval). Agricultural results depend on many factors outside our control, including soil type, climate, crop, water quality and application practices. Please also read our Disclaimer.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website — including the brand name, logo, "CarbonPlus" mark, text, graphics, images and layout — is the property of Hindustan Bio Fertilizers or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. 12. Limitation of Liability

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms or your use of the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hisar, Haryana.

14. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision. Your continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
